The Ness Walk is a lovely 5 star hotel right in the heart of Inverness and along the Ness River. Very easy to walk into towns where there is a plethora of restaurants. We were greeted by a friendly staff with a glass of their complementary Processco. The grounds are gorgeous. The room was very comfortable and the included breakfast was delicious! I would definitely stay here again!

This is a unique place beautiful grounds we had the executive bedroom which overlooked the garden . The staff is attentive gentle and nice . The food and breakfast included amazing in its quality and presentation .We absolutely adored. 8 min by car to Inverness city

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Decor is very dated. Rooms are quite dark and musky. Doors are stiff and got caught on carpets and door frames. Location is good for exploring the city. However, the hotel fronts onto the party street of Inverness. Try and get a room facing the river if want sleep before midnight or aren’t disturbed by noise.

The housekeeping staff were very nice. But the rest of the experience was not good. The hotel is run down and not maintained. It smells badly and the afternoon staff at the bell desk are not nice to anyone. I would not recommend.

Amazing lodge! The checkin process was easy and the manager greeted us at the door. The manager was very kind. The lodge has historic feel to the rooms and two beautiful sitting rooms with fireplaces. Breakfast was amazing with great selection or hot and cold items. The lodge had a wonderful historical feel. We were offered room upgrade and the room was spacious with a view of Loch Ness. Great place to stay.
