Good layout for a smaller 2 bedroom unit. Very nice shower in the master. Central air would have been better than the hotel like set-up in each bedroom . Overall pleased.

My husband and I came here for a little couples retreat and we absolutely loved it. The room was absolutely spotless, the amenities were great and staff was really friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

What a vacation!! Fun was had by all!! Ages ranging from 10 - 63 yrs. Late check in, no problem. Location, location, location!! So many things to do or just hang out by the pool. Love that the pool was open until 10 pm, loved the private balcony; hanging out with the frogs, deer and lightning bugs (fireflys) The property was clean the condo was clean. We hope to come back!!! Soo many things left undone

Nice property. I would definitely stay at again. Roomy accommodations. Felt safe on the property. Even if you did not book through a promotion requiring you to sit through a sales presentation, they still ask to see if your are interested. I had to tell the salesperson “no” multiple times; which was annoying. Other than that it was a nice stay.

My wife and I traveled nearly 3,000 miles from California to celebrate our anniversary at the Williamsburg Inn because of the exceptional experiences we had here in the past. Sadly, this stay was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had. Our room was not ready at check-in, and we waited over an hour. Had I not repeatedly followed up with the front desk, I don’t believe it would have been ready when it finally was. The delay forced us to cancel our anniversary dinner because we no longer had time to unpack, shower, and relax. When we finally got to our room, the air conditioning didn’t work. The hotel brought in a noisy portable unit and promised to repair the main system, but never did. What disappointed us most was the complete lack of service recovery. No one sincerely apologized, offered an explanation, or made any effort to make things right. The staff knew we were celebrating our anniversary, yet there wasn’t even a simple acknowledgment or gesture. Housekeeping was equally inconsistent. Despite never displaying our “Do Not Disturb” sign, we received turndown service only once, on our final night, even after raising the issue. Problems happen at every hotel. What defines a luxury property is how those problems are handled. Unfortunately, the Williamsburg Inn showed no urgency, ownership, or concern for its guests. We returned because of wonderful memories from past visits, but left feeling overlooked and deeply disappointed.

Amazing location, wonderful people. We would live in the library if we could. Rooms are interesting with their themes, breakfast was top notch, pool was clean and inviting. Access to great cycling trails and they have a bike garage!! We will be back.
