Everything was excellent! Staff, location, amenities, food. This is definitely my preferred hotrl for future visits to Madrid

Overall is a great stay. Hotel location is especially good. The only thing I hope would be better is the air conditioning, we caught the heatwave, and the air conditioning didn’t work the second night.

This is a bait and switch. They claim this is for musicians and the room is sound proof. Don’t believe them. I am a music producer and left within one hour of my stay. They assured me they would refund me the next day and they didn’t. Stay away from here. They are liars too.

Excellent hotel! The hotel is located nearby the train station as well as several attractions and is very easily accessible to both the airport and the city center. The free breakfast is wonderful! Would definitely stay here again.

The property is in a great location, walking distance from many top spots.
