everything was just ok but the ac didn’t really work in the room, the shower smelled horrendous and had mold all over. we had someone come clean it but the mold was still there just less smelly.

Beautifully renovated apartment room. Bed was comfortable, bathroom modern and overall a great experience. Very close for walking to many different restaurants, retailers and the water front.

Staff were very accommodating and fast to reply. Place was clean. Only thing is the construction of the building is poor so you can hear neighbours. There was a safety issue with the barrier for the balcony , staff advised they will fix asap

Hotel is located within walking distance of all needs and tourist attractions. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking is a problem if you’re in a large vehicle (van) or something similar. Problem was we paid full price for 2rooms that were being worked on. Both showers were broken (knobs missing and never fixed), and the main door to one room had to be replaced while we were in the room in order to shut securely. The only staff in the hotel are a day time manager, and a housekeeper. No way to really contact staff in evening. Note: WiFi network password is readily available to prying eyes through street windows. A hacker’s joy. If it wasn’t for the friendly staff, I would only have given a single star since I paid full price for rooms still under construction.
