Nice B&B - room was spacious and clean and bed was comfortable. Close to bus stops to reach the city center and airport (both about 20-30 minutes). My room faced the road so it was a little bit noisy.

Really friendly staff, nice hotel and room, bar next door was a good place to watch the football.

Lovely room.some nice touchs but no milk! nice fridge to cool water in or can. beautifully decorated. Comfy bed. Down side felt slightly unsafe as no chain on door to room any key holder could of got in. Cleaning, last persons toothpaste and opened shower gets were still in place.

Perfect location for exploring The Royal Mile and close to the Waverley Station when we were headed to Aberdeen and on to Shetland. The breakfasts were yummy and the rooms lovely. Book the upper floors if possible, however, as there can be a little bit of noise from the pub. The staff were helpful and friendly 😊

No parking at the property. We checked in after 3 pm and then was expected to check out at 10am and as a result had 19hrs with the apartment. Not enough time and left feeling short changed And the clean team wanted us out at 10am on the . Un happy😳

Room wasn't cleaned - used shampoo bottle left in shower and what appeared to be a broken bronzer compact, bits of debris on the floor at the side of the dressing table. Glass cups appeared to have some sort of crusty powder in the bottom. My black t-shirt fell on the floor and was covered in make up before attending a party. It wasnt great.
