Nice comfy beds and a very convenient location for working at events in the city. They didn’t change the sheets as often as we needed even when we asked one day, it didn’t end up being done

Ideal location for Bristol centre. Clean, comfortable accommodation. Staff friendly and helpful. Couple of problems with the room - hinges damaged on bathroom door so that it wouldn't close - not fixed whle we were there. Kettle broken - emitted a smell and taste of smoke when first used - replaced.

Bristol weekend break

The location was great, service great, breakfast great. The only let down was the cleanliness of the bathroom as it had an ambulant disabled bathroom which was a wet room but unfortunately you could see the scum marks around the edges of the coved flooring. Just needs a good scrubbing. But apart from that it was great.

Good, but noisy and a non- closing bathroom door.

The hotel is generally good, but our bathroom door in room 345 was mis-aligned and so didn't close. There was also a bulb missing from the desk light, although this was replaced when we mentiibed it. We also had a room overlooking the bars and so, as the air cooler wasn't working very well we had 2 restless nights as we needed the window open.
