Disappointed

Huge disappointment because we thought we were getting one apartment with 3 bedrooms. We are a family of 6 and wanted to all stay together in one room. It is 2 seperate rooms, a studio and a 2 bedroom apartment. They are beside each other but not connecting. If we had known it was 2 rooms, we would not have booked here. We could have booked somewhere else. On description, it clearly says 3 bedroom apartment...not 2 apartments. We have been booking with Hotels.com for many years. The description needs to be accurate and not misleading. Thank you.

The room was in a great central location. However, we were overcharged for our extension, and it took far too long for the hotel to admit the error—without any apology. Customer service was abysmal both over the phone and via email. Very disappointing experience
