Breakfast was wonderful, amazing variety of food offered, fresh and delicious! Front lobby was quite small and crowded, especially during check-in, check-out times, as well as when both elevators were not working! Our room was clean and comfortable! Staff were very friendly and helpful. it would be nice to have an ice machine somewhere other than having to ask for a couple of glasses of ice at lobby bar!

Hotel and staff were good for the most part. Unfortunately, there was a wedding under us on Saturday night. The music was very loud until 12am. Because of the loud music, we could not go to sleep. We texted the staff about it but nothing happened. They said a manager would reach out in the morning but that never happened. Given the price if the stay, this was very disappointing. Would have been nice to know this was going on before we booked.

Great place and great location!

Great size for our family of 5. Walk to CN Tower, Rogers Centre etc was about 30 mins, with 3 teenagers. Quiet area, very safe. The apartment was clean, and had all the facilities you would expect and the building was secure. The host was helpful, and effeicent. Overall a great experience.

Property was in a very convenient location to downtown and was as advertised. The checkin process was not smooth and owners were not very responsive, only willing to send non-links through Expedia. The would not call or text. At checkout, we were charged for damages and broken glasses which were not used, and were not reasonable to tell us where things were found.
