Had a problem with the Direct TV app and staff came to room to fix the problem. Shower drained very slow, staff notified and said they will look into it.

Well, the linens were clean. Location is great. This is the third time we have stayed here. The property has really gone downhill in three years. Where to start? Gnat infestation. The floor had not been vacuumed. The toilet seat and lid were detached. Pretty much every surface not just physically dirty but the whole place needs a complete remodel- Paint flooring trim. All of it. Will not be returning for sure. Yuck!

The internet was lacking!! The TV was set up to stream but wouldn’t stream anything. I do think it should be noted up front during the reservation process. Also the “onsite “ restaurant on the website with beautiful pics is perm closed. It was one of the reasons I chose that hotel. My stay was ok but I won’t stay there again because of the internet issues and deceptive pics.
