Overall, best quality and rate. Nice location Clean rooms with friendly staff Convenient parking, close to entryways Bathroom was very clean/ nice bright lights Could be a bit more updated/ heard neighbors above me a bit/ but I will stay here again.

I was able to check in a little early, which was great since it was a rainy day! Room was clean and comfortable. Nice place for such a cheap price! They offered free breakfast but I already had plans so didn't take advantage. I assume it was the same as most places. Wasn't too far from the Stampede attraction that we were in town for! I will stay again!

The room was spotless and very comfortable, although it does need some updating. The paint on the walls was peeling and the drapery was torn. Staff was very efficient and pleasant. Breakfast had a large selection of items and was hot and very good. Very good value for the price.

This hotel was a wonderful place to stay while visiting Branson. We drove easily from the historic part back to the hotel with ease. The room was clean, comfortable and kept up. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was very nice!

Stood at desk more than 10 minutes with no one there. I called out several times but no one came. Finally another guest game to check in. He finally knocked on the door to the office. No response. He thencalled the hotel number and the young man answered. He told him we wanted to check in. He came out of the office and check us in with no reason to keep us waiting so long. The parking lot was a mess. Very hard to walk.. if you couldn’t carry your bags down four steps to the elevator you had to go outside through the parking lot to another door to get it.

Our stay was super comfortable and we loved the location. Breakfast options were good. Everything was amazing except the unexpected hurry we faced from the hotel staff during check out (starting from knocks on door before checkout time to two more phone calls urging us to hurry up - we checked out at 11:07 to be exact).

For the price, it was a fair accommodation for the Branson, Ozarks area. The hotel could use a great deal of updates, both inside and outside. The pool area was in great shape! The staff is low, which would explain the lack of service to rooms, check in/check out and breakfast area/options. Otherwise, rooms were clean and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely stay it was just two nights so I didn't request house cleaning but the room was clean, bathroom was clean, everything worked well, air conditioner, fridge and coffee maker. The breakfast was more than just bagels and coffee they had hot eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and a pancake maker! The staff was very friendly and helpful! I thing the only improvement would be some room updates such as furniture, maybe removing old carpets as they just harbor fungus and bacteria and odors. But all in all I would stay here again for sure also recommend them!

We stay here almost every time we visit Branson. The price is always great, it is always clean with a good breakfast and the staff is very friendly and helpful! It is an old hotel but they are doing a pretty good job keeping it up! Carpets could use shampooing and I would love to see some usb outlets added however all else is great especially for the price! We are always gone the entire day and really just need a nice clean place to sleep between activities and this is great for that.
