We thought we reserved a two queen bed unit. When we got here we found it was one bed and one couch. I think maybe this got switched when the hotel called about the pool situation. I was going to cancel the reservation but they offered me a room with a balcony - I think they called it a suite so it seemed like an upgrade. Some members of the family were quite upset. I called the front desk twice explaining the situation. I looked extensively through my emails and found some downloads about the reservations but none included the original reservation which was for two queen beds

We loved the escape room which was very well designed. The aquatic facilities were closed which was a disappointment. I don’t appreciate being hit up for a timeshare sales pitch by the “concierge”. I’m your guest.

The accommodations are nice enough (although decor needs some updating in several areas), this is NOT the place to take a family as most of the amenities they advertise are no longer available. Both the indoor waterpark and outdoor pool and hot tub are not operational at this time, the mini-golf course has been removed, there is no available restaurant on the property and no gathering area for breakfast or coffee. The activities are limited and not worth the additional cost and the pull out sofa beds are the worst. Just know before you go.

A Must Stay in Branson

The property was amazing. It was really convenient to drive to the main strip. I wish the pool was working. Probably would’ve spent more time at the resort but can’t do anything about Mother Nature. Best part of the room was the fireplace and the huge tub in the bedroom. The view from the patio was amazing, looking at the pond and the waterfall.
