The beds left a lot to be desired. They are pretty worn and probably to be replaced. Other than that, we loved it. Pool was clean and fun for our kids. Breakfast was stocked continually. The pie at night was a unique touch we all enjoyed. We would stay there again. Very family friendly.

This is a nice place, the staff goes out of their way to be kind and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast was good and the dessert at night was fun. Parking was easy fairly easy to get in and out of.

Out of 10, I will give this motel a 12! The building doesn't like anything n no curb appeal but the receptionist, forgot to ask for her name, an elderly lady was very sweet. The breakfast was great in today's cost cutting situation by most hotel. On top of great breakfast, they served pie and ice-cream at night and they aregood pie and ice-cream!! The one and only!! What a nice touch!! Room was super clean, which is top of my list when choosing hotel. Love it!!

This place was just so-so. Not bad but not really good. The bed was comfortable so that was a good thing. We had to go to another floor to get some ice. And access to our room was from outside with a long walk to it in 109 degree heat. They still have the loud type of air conditioner that vents from under the window. We won't stay there again.

Good for the price.

Decent for the price, excellent breakfast, have icecream and cobbler starting at 9pm each evening. Our room was right beside the metal staircase, so kinda noisy at times. Our airconditioner had a very noisy blower motor, sounded terrible. Overall it was good and I would stay here again.

This place was recommended to us by a friend. Excellent staff and service. The room was clean and great value for price. We did notice the room smelt a bit musty and the floor appeared slightly wet in a few spots, however the overall experience was satisfactory and we would stay here again!

The area at Branson was very busy and the motel was in the process of a complete exchange of clientele. We had to wait for our room even after 2 PM. Not entirely staff fault I am sure. Our room was clean for the most part, I know staff was working overtime to clean rooms, just not the finest job. Overall the stay was a good one, might go back.

The lady who we were ceerfully welcomed by was here last year. She makes you definitely feel like you are welcome. Clean rooms and food was good.

This was my first time staying here and I will definitely be coming back the next time we are in Branson. Hotel is very clean, staff is very friendly and I love the ice cream and cobbler every night. Only thing we didn’t like was that there was no laundry machines but it is not a deal breaker. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We absolutely loved staying here. Deluxe breakfast, busicuts and gravy, waffles, cereals, yogurt, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, sausage links and paddies, bagels, muffins. Late night cobbler, ice cream, and cookies. The pool was amazing. Close to titanic, walmart down the street. Staff wonderful!!!
