the property felt like a remodeled motel 6 room felt dark and small. we did not like it enough to stay so after checking in we went to another hotel and called expedia since we made the reservation with them. Expedia contacted the manager to request a refund but he said since we did not inform him of our decision he would not agree to a refund.

The staff have always been great and Casey is always wonderful when me and my beastie come to Branson. Breakfast and the cobblers and cookies at night are always good. We will always come again. Thank you Casey, your great!

The breakfast was good. However, bacon would’ve been a nice option instead of only sausage. And the coffee left a bit to be desired. I was not expecting the hotel to be that far from all the events and Shops. The restaurants were plenty close enough, but there was nothing within walking distance of the hotel to do.

Enjoyed our breakfast of eggs, sausage, biscuits and waffles. Room was very clean and large. Shops are nearby. Had cobler and ice cream served each night along with cookies. Would definitely recommend.

An older motel, but very clean and customer service was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was wonderful, and the Manager’s reception in the evening was a nice sweet bonus.

Breakfast was good, average, normal foods. One staff member was outside on his phone, close to the front, on speaker, and it was loud with the F word used a few times. Our battery died on the door pad. They got us in with an emergency key, but no one had the tool to change the battery. So, we had to rely on someone to let us in. Good thing we left the next morning.

The first morning there it was pour down rain and the associate getting ready to service the room let us use a couple of towels to cover our heads so we could get our jacket and umbrella. Everyone that’s works there was friendly and gave great service and it felt like family
