Staff was extremely friendly! The room was comfortable and clean! Definitely will be staying again!

We were traveling for 6 days and staying in different hotels trying to maintain low cost for the trip. I 100% have realistic expectations and don’t expect perfection when being budget conscious. Was disappointed with the strong oder in the room (humid and just a strong smell that was off). Plus, a towel was stained and a pillow case had a stain on it. No, didn’t go to the desk, was in for the night and needed to leave early. Used others for our time there without the stains.

Above average breakfast offerings compared to other San Angelo properties we have used. The facility is older and could use some cosmetic upgrades, but still nice. Staff was helpful and the breakfast attendant was on top of her service. Pool area was working and well maintained. Overall, I would rate this facility a 9 out of 10.

Had to cancel. Thankfully they didn’t charge me for the room. The elevator wasn’t working due to a prior power outage. I needed a handicapped accessible room. The one they had reserved was not on the first floor. There’s no way my mom, who has Parkinson’s, could walk up any steps.
