The room was very clean and newly renovated. Family friendly setup with fast responding staff. Area is close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Hotel Riu Plaza Toronto for two nights and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff greeted us immediately upon arrival and made check-in effortless by clearly explaining where to go and what to expect. Everyone we encountered was attentive and very friendly. The hotel is beautifully appointed, with marble throughout the lobby and the guest rooms, giving it a clean, upscale feel. One feature I especially appreciated was the tile flooring instead of carpet - it made rolling my heavy suitcase so much easier. Our room was spacious, and I loved that the sitting area was separate from the bedroom. The hotel bar had a great selection of drinks at reasonable prices. Breakfast was included with our stay, and the buffet was outstanding. There was truly something for everyone, regardless of dietary preferences. Overall, I’d give Hotel Riu Plaza Toronto a 10/10. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return the next time we’re in Toronto.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Convenient to the Bloor/Young subway station and restaurants on Church Street.

Loved the pool and the staff was great. The place itself was amazing and would recommend it to everyone we know and will be back in the future

The attention to detail in all of the finishings of the property were outstanding. Only matched by the attentitiveness of the staff. Well done Scotsman. A wonderful spot that we will be sure to return to in NOL.
