Rooms especially bathrooms really run down. Shower was peeling, carpet is dirty and beds and Pillows are lumpy . Staff was very helpful and friendly will not stay again .

The night we got in they had no shuttle from airport to hotel for whatever reason, we had to pay $15 from an airport taxi, was not offered a credit just a simple sorry. Room was clean smelled great. Very happy to see Dove toiletries. Breakfast was mediocre.

Quality Inn Near Walden Galleria Mall
Parking was easy, room was clean. Good for short term stay. Breakfast had lots of options and clean breakfast room, but it ends quite early (9am) Room keys tend to lose opening ability often. Had to re-code it multiple times, but over all was a good stay for the price!

Staff treated us as if we were bothering them. The hallways were loud, no staff addressed that. Beds uncomfortable. Carpets were not clean in halls or our room.
