I love this hotel. The fall decorations are adorable. When I checked in the room was clean but there had obviously been a work crew in the bathroom caulking and hadn’t fully cleaned up. I alerted the front desk and was immediately moved to a lovely cleaned suite. The onsite restaurant is also great.

Amazing place

Your staff is Five star! Hotel needs updating badly. My far the worst Four Seasons we have stayed in. On the day of check-in, our flight was delayed and we got in at 2:30 in the morning had room service and it was an edible. Your staff indicated they would remove the charges, but I see we were still charged for them as well.

Ah absolutely loved our stay! It is an older hotel, over 100years old! But they did a good job with keeping things clean and organized. The staff was incredible! We had a 2 year old with us and they all were so attentive to him and kind! I would 100% stay here again! Thank you fairmont for such a memorable stay! Really appreciated the service and kindness of everyone.
