Clean room, great staff, great location and good food.

Beautiful location, staff was great Rigoberto and Estella were very attentive, espectacular place would strongly recommend.

The property was beautiful, and we enjoyed the location. However, the only issue we encountered was the communication with the host. We had a minor problem with the mean door, and during checkout, the host didn’t provide us with clear instructions on the process. Despite these minor inconveniences, we had a great time overall.

Desde que llegamos nos trataron súper bien, todo el personal fue muy amable y siempre estuvieron pendientes de que nuestra estancia fuera lo más cómoda posible. Quiero hacer una mención muy especial a la señora Eli, quien fue que nos cocinó y quien sin duda fue lo mejor de nuestra experiencia. ❤️ Su comida estaba deliciosa, pero sobre todo, su amabilidad, atención y cariño hicieron que nos sintiéramos como en casa que por el simple hecho de saber que estoy embarazada cuido mucho el como hacía mi comida. Se nota cuando alguien disfruta lo que hace y realmente se preocupa por sus huéspedes. Definitivamente recomendamos este hotel y esperamos regresar pronto. ¡Gracias a todo el equipo por hacernos sentir tan bien recibidos ¡ 🥰

We truly enjoyed our time at this place. It is suitable for families, and the property is so big we didn’t have enough time to explore it all. The only challenging aspect was the drive to the destination,

The staff at the south tower specially the breakfast and roof top did such a great job food was great also I will recommend for guess to go have dinner at Karuma the extra $45 that is charge was worth it the room was nice and clean all the time

Let me start by saying I’ve stayed here a few times and always have loved it. The rooms are beautiful still the staff is very friendly until something comes up then you can feel tension. I’m not gonna go into full detail about everything but I’ll just say this. You need to understand if you’re staying here. You’re going to hear loud music played at the pool during the weekends very hard to relax in your room with thumping music. Second and the part that made this stay very difficult was the Wi-Fi would drop every 30 to 45 minutes. The TV in the bedroom wouldn’t play anything because it couldn’t get a signal and they tried to make up excuse after excuse saying the rain does that although it didn’t rain the whole time I was there and then I got an email from the owner saying that the Head staff told him it was my phone configuration. It ended up being something we talked about the entire stay, which is a shame because again the place is beautiful.
