I have had my ups and downs with Motel 6 over decades of roadtrips; honestly this one was decent compared to others. It’s a basic no frills motel so don’t expect a luxury room- you get what you pay for and this is a lower priced chain. There are a bunch of restaurants within a block of this property which was great. I would call ahead of time prior to checking in being that there are some room availability issues, as also seen in these reviews. That issue did happen with me briefly but the woman at the desk helped me get a lower level room which I needed. There are a lot of people hanging out on the property but they were all friendly with me. I love dogs and it’s a plus that they allow them, but you may hear non stop barking at times. The only thing I wish the hotel did was let us know about the construction and renovations that started at 645 AM, table saws in front of my room and non stop pounding and shaking my room - sleep was rough. It was fine for a pass through night for me, the most important thing being the room was clean.

It says parking is included but I had to pay for parking every day. Front desk couldn’t fix it, the people she called didn’t fix it. Missed a work meeting because of the whole ordeal. Just the night is $24.

Lovely, comfortable and clean room! Staff upon check-in (8pm) was helpful and friendly.

The room was clean but the carpets made the room smell dirty.

Clean room and general areas. Staff was so nice and helpful. Good breakfast.

Overall bad conditions. Floor was cracking up in the hallways. Odors. You can tell the sheets aren't changed after every stay. Crumbs and the like on them etc. TV didn't work right. It is fine for an inexpensive place to crash but that is where it begins and ends.
