Start with the good, the room was clean and ready when we arrived. It is confusing to check in to this place as there is no front desk. There were 2 TV's in the room, 1 remote. Called the front desk in the other hotel requesting a remote. Clerk said, "I will bring it right over.". 25 minutes later called the front desk in the other hotel requesting a remote. Clerk said, "Oh yeah, I will bring it right over.". 25 minutes later I decided to walk over to the other hotel, (mind you this is happening at 10pm). Clerk got me a remote. At this time I told the clerk that the heat/AC unit in the room was SO loud that we would not be able to sleep with it on. Was told, there is nothing we can do about it. We slept with it off and froze the whole night..... PS, after getting the 2nd remote, the TV didnt work anyway......

The best part is the hotel's staff - at the entrance, desk, restaurant, floor - all were amazing in their professionalism and service. The common areas are beautifully decorated and kept very clean. Our room was small but cozy, the bathroom did feel confined somewhat. The bed was comfortable, the black-out curtains served their purpose well, and the floor was generally quiet despite a busy weekend. The room looked clean; however, there were some stains on the robes and towels, as if they were not thoroughly laundered. The breakfast restaurant is gorgeous, and the food was delicious and very fresh. However, if you look for breakfast buffet, there is none. The Fed restaurant is superb. Many historical sites are within a walking distance, and the neighborhood is crowded but relatively clean and safe, for a big city.

We enjoyed our five-day stay! The apartment was nice, the beds were very comfortable, and the building was secure. Everyone we encountered was friendly, and we felt safe throughout our visit. Another reviewer mentioned that the complex has a college-apartment feel, and I’d agree, but that wasn’t a problem for us. A couple of things to keep in mind: If you’re traveling with kids or planning to watch TV, the smart TV uses Roku, and we couldn’t get past the “sign into Roku” screen. Also, parking costs extra, and you MUST keep your parking ticket displayed on your dashboard. This is mentioned in the listing, but it’s easy to overlook when browsing lots of places. We had no parking issues, but we did see another guest encounter a problem. The host was fantastic and very quick to respond. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily stay here again!

Like the locatio. Very clean and nice. Free parking

I’m very surprised at the lack of communication between one shift of team members to the next and the staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful. I’m pretty disappointed with the overall service throughout my stay.
