Fantastic Staff

The staff were fantastic to my family, they catered for all our needs, they even took it upon themselves to give us a late check out, without us even having to ask. We were able to use the wellness centre free of charge. For the money I cannot complain a bit!

The walk way over the road to the car park could do with being in feet and inches for us old ones and to register your car you need to scan a QR code once again ive never done that but the receptionist was ever so helpful and do it for me but what a lovely place to stay 5stars

Lovely stay. Check in staff were friendly and helpful, explained and answered questions efficiently. Room comfortable, provided oat milk in the room as per request (thank you!) bed and pillows very comfy. Walls seemed quite thin as we could hear *everything* next door and they were noisy till quite late. Breakfast well stocked and good variety of options, the made to order omelette was fantastic, one of the best I've had in a long time! Fruit lovely and fresh. Quick and simple check out

Dusty Bedroom

The lobby lounge was good. The bedroom No.243 was dusty and i had to clean it myself as i started sneezing for a good 20 mins when i got inside. The bedding and pillows were dusty too. The hairdryer is out of order. The bedroom has a radiator but was cold and i could not find the thermostat anywhere in the bedroom. The bathroom radiator is not switch on either. I wish to get some compensations back please.

Booked a double room online, when we checked in we found ourselves in a twin. Only for one night so didn't bother messing about changing it after a late arrival. Room generally comfortable and appeared clean. Spotted a silver fish in bathroom, but those buggers get everywhere! Food in bar did the job. Not fancy but acceptable bar food.

I arrived early and my room wasn't ready but I was offered free coffee and cake in a very comfortable lounge. When I did get into my room I was extremely pleased. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. I appreciated the generous hospitality tray and full-sized, good-quality toiletries. The dining room is like a huge school dining room with long tables geared towards communal dining. I was traveling alone and felt more comfortable eating in the bar area. I had a curry, which was clearly a microwaved offering and rather pricey for what it was. Breakfast was served in the dining room and I thought that was very good value for money. I enjoyed my stay and I would stay here again. If I had one suggestion to management it would be to make the menu in the dining room available to those who wish to eat in the bar area.

Toy fair weekend

Just FABULOUS!!!!!!!! Super modern,clean,spacious,HUGE shower,comfortable bed,free cookies. AMAZING value for money!!! Forget travel lodge or premier inn,if you are visiting Coventry or surrounding area staying here is a COMPLETE NO BRAINIER!!!! Will be back next month & every time we are in the area.
