Amazing hotel

First time stopping at a Novotel hotel. But it definitely won't be the last. From check-in to ordering food and everything in-between, was spot on. The whole hotel was amazing 👏. Your bosses should be very proud of all the staff.

It’s a pity

It’s a pity as the Staff service was excellent, and very friendly, however, the room toilet let it down as it had no Ladies Hygene bin or toilet cleaning brush.

Central location and very close to the train station. Booked two rooms though and one didn’t have a mini fridge and a safe missing the front panel. Apparently the safes in the rooms are currently out of order throughout. Did not state this when booking, it offers a working safe.
