Disliked: Room comfort
Not wheelchair friendly at all.
We were there as a family with my step daughter who needs a wheelchair. The accessibility from the outset is poor. The disabled parking spaces that were free were on a slope and right next to bushes meaning you had to leave the car away from the kerb and in the path of other traffic to get out. This is followed by a steep, narrow uneven and turning slope which is hard to push up and impossible to wheel yourself up. Door thresholds are too high to easily push over meaning you have to either go backwards or lift the front wheels up and over to get through. There is no low level area on reception for wheelchair users. There is an open gap round the side but no counter top. Getting to the rooms was through a heavy fire door opening towards you that does not power open. Again impossible if you were on your own. Entrance to the room again no power on the very narrow door just about wide enough for the chair very hard if trying to wheel yourself. No accessible shower in the bathroom, there is a bath with a high step over to get in with shower over. The room is very small leaving little room for wheel chair storage. Overall very poor.
