Flight Delayed Again.

We would have missed the last train into Gloucester. Booked a room, as our flight was delayed last year so taking no chances, our flight was delayed yet again this time. Breakfast was very good, although the bacon had been cooked for some time and allowed to dry out.

Avoid sofa beds

overall it was OK for the price. Sofa bed was terrible. Could feel every spring. At least they gave us a spare duvet which we could use as an extra mattress.

Good location, walking distance from railway, airport and NEC. Loads of parking space at a reasonable rate for residents. Spacious room with desk, sofa and nice shower room. All very clean and modern. Helpful staff. Nice breakfast, bar and lounge.

I was enjoying my stay until i got back to my room the saturday night after a convention and seen my money £60 i had left on my bedside table had gone missing. I had to spend the whole of sunday in my room and miss the convention that day as it was the only money i had left. I told an employee about it who said i had no proof. Also whilst i was in my room a maid let herself in which startled me and then again on the monday morning tried walking straight in. I'm very upset as it ruined my experience so i definitely wont be staying again. Such a shame that one of their employees is a thief.

Really comfortable bed, clean and simple room but had everything needed in it. AC was a massive bonus and worked really well The desk was helpful when needing extra pillows and towels etc Very smooth check in and check out Close to the arena, shopping centre and train station which worked out amazing for us when seeing a band at the arena

Close to the airport and good price. The light fittings by the bed in the room were loose, and whilst not dangerous yet, could become so in due course. The area around the smoking area and outside the main entrance needed a good sweep as it was littered with cigarette butts.
