There appeared to be too many reception staff which were trainees not clear precise details of room wifi, no details of site facilities. opened water can in the room cleaner did not remove .Terrible noise from the shower glass door when opened and closed as if it was going to break on top of you .The main restaurant Bright Smith was closed very disappointing .

Lovely stay

Always a pleasant stay here whilst at conference. Everything I need in the room and breakfast is very well laid out with an abundance of options. If eating at the bar for an evening meal though service can be slow, so don’t wait for staff at the table order your food at the bar!

Hilton? give me Premier Inn any day!!!

Took over an hour to check in then was given the wrong room so had to be relocated took another 30 mins. The bathroom was extremely old fashioned with a shower over a bath. A massive crack in the sink, the plug didnt work, you cant see it in the photo but the crack is ALL the way along from the top of the sink to the plug hole. the bath had patches of repair all over it so much so it did not make you want to use it. We ordered room service as we were just so knackered. Both ordered fish and chips came to £48, arrived in cardboard boxes and nothing to really write home about, 5/10 Id say. The pool last timing was 9.00pm. We were looking forward to a swim but it took us so long to check in and then move we didnt have time! We paid £219 and were so looking forward to an upper class overnight stay, it is The Hilton afterall, we would of be better off staying in the Premier Inn for less than half the price. Very very disappointed!

Great hotel in a good location

A great hotel in a fab location for Resorts World arena and the NEC. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good breakfast options to cater for vegan and gluten free and also vegan and gluten free options in the lounge bar. Large car park, very easy experience all round. Our room didn't smell very nice, almost like it had been a smoking room or someone had smoked in there. Couldn't work out what it was but thankfully there was an opening window which helped air the room
