Enjoyed the view the window (12th floor) but didn’t like the noise and lack of amenities. Breakfast was very busy and noisy and there was a lack of cooked breakfast items. Room was spacious and bathroom was clean and tidy and had all the toiletries we would need.

Lovely stay with my family. Great location. Bullring is a 10 minute walk away. Service during breakfast was amazing. The lady overseeing the service was amazing with my children. Thank you.

Room and bed cant complain- big queue for breakfas

Stayed 1 night - cant complain about the room or bed. Only comment is the big queue for breakfast. We've had to wait about 15mins to be seated at around 8am and the queue became longer as time went on. Big queue for food and waffle machine. Lots of people everywhere - bit choatic.
