We were only really at the property for a short while really, just B & B, but Terry could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. We had a fantastic night sleep followed by a breakfast to die for. Thanks for the perfect stay.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. Katherine and Terry was welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. Plenty of choice at breakfast time they made sure you never left hungry 😊 spacious room with super king bed the best bed I’ve slept in for a while. Definitely be returning again in the future. WHAT A GEM!

I made a very late booking and was instantly made most welcome by Terry and Katherine who have run this Lodge for many years. Everything about my stay was perfect and a fabulous breakfast was available if required. I extended my stay by an extra day and this presented no problems. I travel around the country and stay at many places most of which do not merit a review. I wish this lovely couple all the best and a successful season and will certainly return when next in the area.

My wife and I stayed at Elmdon Lodge for the Eng-Ind Test match at Edgbaston, just a short drive from the property. We’re honestly at a loss for words to express the kindness and hospitality of our hosts, Terry and Katherine. They truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotlessly clean with cozy interiors. It was spacious, warm, and incredibly relaxing—truly a home away from home. The whole place radiates positive energy, and the quality of service was evident in every little detail. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return whenever we visit Birmingham. We can't thank Terry and Katherine enough for their warmth and generosity. It’s rare to meet people who genuinely value human connection over money or material things. Thank you both so much!

We needed somewhere close to relatives as were attending a family funeral, and this lovely little B and B was perfect. The owners were absolutely wonderful, and allowed us to turn up early, use their facilities to get ready, offered us tea/coffee and even something to eat. This is proper good old fashioned customer service, they couldn't have been more welcoming. They even upgraded my friends room and moved her downstairs as she's old! The facilities are nice and homely, the rooms in great condition and very clean. The breakfast was amazing. Overall I'd give 6 stars, if I could. Wonderful place and wonderful owners.

Katherine made us feel so welcome we walked through the door. So helpful got us fresh milk for the morning. We mentioned the fridge wasn’t working and within a couple of minutes we had a new fridge in the room. Really nice and friendly place.
