The room was extremely tiny. No wardrobe or chest of drawers. Because of how tiny it was, it must be hard to clean properly, and it shows. Despite cleaners coming every day, the floor and shelves were utterly dusty and dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable, as were the pillows. However, the hotel is very close to Paddington station and Hyde Park; at least there’s that, but I am very confident this is the first and last time I’ll stay at Marina Hotel.

The rooms were fine but service and reception was extremely poor

Good location. The buffet breakfast was absolutely disgusting and I was super nauseous afterwards. It was also overpriced. Would go elsewhere to eat,

Property is located very close to Victoria Station. It was about a 15 minute walk to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey and London Eye. Underground stations and bus routes very close. Popular tour routes are near as well. The property is actually a remodeled London Town home popular in the 1800s so rooms are small in comparison to today’s hotels. Bathrooms are very modern. Electric kettle and tea are in room. Staff are very helpful in arranging tours and transportation.
