My stay at this hotel was highly disappointing.
Several in-room issues stood out: the security box didn’t work, the air conditioner was extremely loud and disrupted my sleep, and the curtains were dirty and stained. The mattress and headboard were damaged, and parts of the flooring were peeling.
However, the most serious problem was the attitude of the staff. When I asked to change rooms, I was told there were no alternatives. Upon asking if there was any possible solution, I was met with a harsh retort: “Didn’t you hear what I said?” The next morning, another staff member responded in the same dismissive manner. At no point did anyone offer an apology. This appears to reflect a broader issue with customer service at this hotel.
Other points: free bottled water was only provided at check-in, and out of three elevators, one was always out of service while another often malfunctioned. Though the lobby was nicely decorated, it felt like the rooms and facilities had been neglected.
The positives were limited to strong shower pressure, effective soundproofing, and a convenient location near the station. Still, considering the price, there are far better options elsewhere.
I will not be staying here again.
