Room was great. the shower has glass doors and is within the living room. Depending on who you are traveling with, this maybe great or not. Free laundry but the machines are the high energy efficiency household style (not commercial) and so takes over an hour to wash.

pierwszy raz miałem okazję zameldować się w hotelu bez udziału jakiejkolwiek osoby. Nie istnieje tu coś takiego jak zwyczajowa recepcja, człowiek od początku do końca sam się melduje i wymeldowuje używając do tego celu wyłącznie swojego telefonu, i tym samym telefonem odblokowuje drzwi do pokoju. Pokój przestronny, nowoczesny, super widok na wieżę telewizyjną. Do Alexander Platz 3 minuty spacerem, super miejsce na zwiedzanie Berlina na piechotę. Blisko do dworca kolejowego i przystanków autobusowych. Dwie rzeczy do poprawy: materac + poduszki oraz bardzo niestabilne wifi, poza tym 10/10, bardzo chętnie powrócę tu przy kolejnym wyjeździe do Berlina

Nice room, great location

Good stay at Lux 11. Great location, close to transport links and some really nice shops, bars and restaurants on the same street and those behind the hotel. Room was comfortable and really appreciated that the hotel kindly gave my disabled son a quiet room with a slightly larger bed. Staff in bar and restaurant very friendly. Would book again if I returned to Berlin.

Terrific location in central Berlin. Walk to Museum Island and Alexanderplatz. Great variety of restaurants in the vicinity too. Room is large and clean. Only gripe is that it lacks storage to unpack fully. The check in system is fully online so not welcoming, however the cafe is very obliging.

If you’re looking for solid accommodations in Mitte, I highly recommend Lux Eleven Mitte. Nice-sized rooms for Europe, full kitchenette (with cooking surface, but alas no pans), free laundry (including free soap, and coat hangers and baskets you may borrow), a lovely cafe opened until 11:30 pm nightly and a full-service restaurant. Wonderful, helpful, all-English-speaking staff. Not luxurious, but very comfortable for an extended stay and 3/10 mile from Alexanderplatz and steps from the Rosa Luxembourg Strasse Ubahn stop. Bike and scooter rentals abound.

Hotel is very well located! Few steps from Alexandre Platz, short walks to museum island and all. It is cleaned and rooms are cleaned (if you request) every second night. We used the digital keys. Works well but you need to ensure you keep you cell charged. The laundry facility is a great feature! I will definitely recommend it.
