Good hotel when everything is working

Great location in the center of the city, next to the river and several beautiful neighborhoods. Front desk was very helpful and polite. But, room was not clean (dirt on the floor, dirt on the bed), 2 of the 3 elevators did not work, and the fitness center was out of order.

Loved having bikes there to rent/borrow to explore the city. Would've liked a helmet. So happy our room was ready early on check-in day. Nice to have comp coffee - could use take-out cups. Great location and great hotel.

Excellent stay at the Leonardo Hotel Berlin Mitte! The hotel is conveniently located near shops, restaurants and attractions. If you're a scooter rider, there are scooters conveniently parked nearby. The room was clean with all the necessities. Would highly recommend a stay at the Leonardo.

Had an amazing stay at Leonardo hotel in Berlin! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Absolutely fantastic location. Very central. Great hotel. Rooms on small side but very clean, modern and well equipped. Staff all very welcoming and helpful. Lovely buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. We loved our stay in the Hotel and we loved Berlin!
