Great location to parks, the botanic garden, multiple food options and shopping. The room was lovely with a nice sized bathroom, large windows and a great balcony. Breakfast was additional but a great option.

The hotel is clean, modern, quiet, comfortable and located in a smart suburb of Berlin with great U-Bahn and bus connections. It is possible to use the hotel fully automatically without any need to see any member of staff should you wish. The keys are all on your mobile phone. As such, it feels faintly impersonal although highly convenient and modern.

The houskeeping does NOT change bed sheets and pillows until you check out. Hotel does not have a backup plan for services: the water was cut off from the whole hotel in our last day.
