Okay

The hotel has a great location with convenient transport links nearby. The room is very clean, and the bed is comfortable. However, the room is quite small and lacks a fridge and an iron. The hairdryer in the bathroom shuts off after about a minute due to overheating. The price is acceptable if it’s £120 or below per night, but if it’s higher, it may be worth considering other accommodation options.

Nice place to be! Very easy to the public transport. In close vicinity of Alexanderplatz, so in the middle of everything! The HB biergarten just side of the hotel is a tremendous place to eat, at average prices.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed here and would highly recommend this hotel. The location is great very close to the train station. The breakfast was great, the staff at reception were so helpful, helping us with transport connections.

Excellent hotel close to the train station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is top class and the choice of food is amazing. We had a late flight and we were able to pay a little extra to keep the room until late afternoon. This was a great facility. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is a terrible place to stay. The place was dirty and towels are like used rags. The breakfast area is too small for all the guests. I would avoid this hotel if possible. The staffs are very friendly people. The place is close to Alexander Platz station.
