Staff was easy to talk to and helped us get a taxi for our convenience. Room need to update for sure. Sheets are clean as far as I could tell. The hotel was in a good place close to Barcelona cathedral, cafe and other clothing shops. It was a good stay for a night.

Location is good but the hotel is bad. No kettle no tea coffee or water in the room. AC not working properly and bed was very uncomfortable. They did nothing even after I complained

Honestly..it was a good hotel..great location and nice breakfast. There was one particular female member of staff at the breakfast, that was very rough and it left a bad taste with us.

I booked this apartment for a vacation with 6 of my high school friends for 3 nights before heading out on a 7 day cruise. We could not have been happier. German was so helpful, even before we landed in Barcelona. When we arrived at the property he took our luggage for us and had it delivered to our apartment. We also utilized the lockers that are on site(VERY HELPFUL), but since there were 7 of us he took some of the luggage for us so that we didn't use all of their locker space. We rented the Penthouse and were not disappointed. The view is amazing. We had a direct view of Sagrada Familia, which was unexpected. The apartment was clean and spacious, the 4 bedrooms were perfect for the 7 of us. The bathrooms were roomy enough that all of us could get ready at the same time. The noise level was 0. We never heard our neighbors or anything outside. I had been to Barcelona previously and really love this area. It's safe to walk at night, there are many restaurants, coffee shops, markets and pharmacies close by. We could easily find a taxi or an uber if we didn't want to walk. I would book this apartment again and again. Thank you again for a wonderful 3 nights in Barcelona.

Clean and spacious apartment with excellent location - very walkable to transit, restaurants and grocery. Kitchen was equipped enough to make very simple meals. (ie pasta with sauce, charcuterie plate). Building and apartment access was simplified using link. The onsite luggage storage was extremely handy. We were able to store our luggage prior to check in and after check out and walk around the city. As another reviewer mentioned, there is major construction nearby. Would definitely stay again in Gracia!

The staff was very communicative and accommodating when a problem arose with the water heater. They went out of their way to help make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
