Hotel was clean and staffs was so nice , we got the really good falls view from our room . Will stay here again next year when i visit ontario

The hotel was very spa-like. From the soothing, fresh scent in the lobby and rooms, to the Scandinavian designs throughout the property, One Hotels exceeded my expectations. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip into Toronto.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at so far in North America. They’re quick to answer any needs I had. Clean as in super clean.

Room was smaller then I thought cause I did pay for deluxe room so not sure what a normal room would be like. But it was nice and clean. Staff were great and the breakfast was Amazing!!!! It was nice and close to where we had to go. I would definitely stay again but probably just do not normal room cause it was very expensive and not sure why it was called deluxe.

There was no live person I can talked with to help me to pay the security deposit and got the check in instruction. I had to go through the procedures all through email which cost me whole half day to get it done. That made me feel frustrated. Other than that, everything is ok to stay there.
