The location was good for me, i.e. restaurants and coffee shops and other shopping was close by and convenient. The breakfast was OK. But the reason I have not given it a good rating is the condition of the motel was poor. It was probably really nice some years ago. But it appeared to not have been maintained. For example, the first room I was given had a door that was actually off its hinges. The door could not be shut. Another poor feature was very stained carpet. This was the case in the room and hallways and reception area. With some remodeling this can be a nice motel.

The fun text lady when we checked in, was so courteous and fun. She was very informative, and told us about breakfast and all of the other amenities at the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. There are a couple of things that need to be fixed but none of them affected our stay. We would stay here again.

I come here very often and upon a last visit I had a jetted tub room. Tub was broken and staff was well aware. I was told it was last jetted tub room available and that I would be refunded for the inconvenience especially since it was our anniversary and I still haven't received it and that was in August

The hotel is well located for travellers on I94. The hotel is clean and comfortable at a reasonable price. 'Free' breakfast fresh and good quality. Would choose to stay again

The pool was closed, sign out front says it’s available, was also indicated when we chose this hotel a main reason we chose this hotel. The room smells really musty, the entry door and bathroom door are both screwed up and hard to open. Shampoo was empty also. Not impressed!!

The room was basically clean, front desk staff very efficient but it appears that this facility is in need of a refresh. Curtains were water stained, paint chipped in places, etc.

Honest opinion

The hotel was great location, right by all stores and restaurants. Hotel was ok to stay at, had old scent, just needs updating bad and i didn't like the fact of being unsafe, because0 you need a key to get in building but someone kept a rock between door to have access in, each time we came in and going out. They need to pay attention to whom they rent to because next door was about 6 to 7 people staying in there. I also noticed that when we were checking out,even though our room was left clean. The housekeeper couldn't have cleaned it cause within like 5 mins of checking out i saw her going to another room on other side of hotel. That's why i take my own cleaning supplies. Btw, our sheets on the one bed were dirty with a huge spot. Staff was great. Need elevator, their are handicap people
