The breakfast area was small and they ran out of food each day. I only ate one morning because of the lack of space and food running out. The bed was a little hard for my liking, but that was a personal preference.

Wasn’t happy overall with the stay. The room was clean but was not prepared four the four I booked it for. I asked for more towels did not get them. Told them our heat didn’t work and got given a space heater. Then told them our tv didn’t work after trying a new remote and it still not working nothing was don’t to fix it.

Needs improvement

They required an $100 dollar deposit against damages. The room needed towels. The TV did not work. The telephone did not work to phone the front desk of issues. The property was poorly maintained. This property has the potential to be really nice under better management.

The room had mold. The tiles were fallen and just sitting there. The people have our original room away. I will not be going back. I wish i took pics.

We got the jetted tub suit there was blood like stains in front of the bathroom floor also crumbs all over the floor like it wasent vacuumed at all. On the skirting of the bed there was white marks and stains. The jet tub was extremely dirty had particles comming out of the jetts the shower in the bathroom had a stained shower curtain dirty shower head stained bathtub the shower water leaked and dripped the whole time. We were extremely un satisfied with this hotel especially for being a suite.

Not pleased

They were doing construction right under us for quite sometime. I went down and complained and they moved us. But we had no washclothes, got walked in on not once but 3 times. It was overall one of my poorest visits to a hotel ever.
