Great Staff and clean rooms, confortable rooms

The hotel.is very nice breakfast very good helpful staff .

Staff spoke good English and was very helpful. This property was the perfect location!!! Walking distance to the Blue Mosque and Grand Bizzare!

Room was very clean and comfortable. Location was excellent right amidst the historic Sultanahmet area and views from the restaurant were fantastic (although Hagia Sophia is rather obscured by construction work, this is not the hotel's fault). Breakfast was very good, Turkish style and so very filling! One issue was that initially we were given a first floor room which I think the patio door had an issue that meant it couldn't close fully, so it was a bit noisy at night. In the morning we asked the reception staff if we could change to another room and they were happy to move us (including moving all our luggage for us) to the 4th floor which was much quieter. Overall a very good short stay in Istanbul.

Awful hotel ! One of the terrible i have ever been in istanbul!!! Rude staff !!!! Most the facilities wasnt working!!! Spa was dirty and disgusting !!!! Ive paid extra for breakfast but if u wanted any thing like eggs or omlett u had to pay extra!!! Let me make it simple don't waist your money here !!!! Imagine hotel didnt have aircon!!! Ive just wrote these for those who work hard fir thier money and they get tricked like this !!!

the only advantages of this hotel are the breakfast and the location otherwise everything is bad. It needs a full renovation and maintenance. the room wasn’t clean enough. the lighting was very bad. the last day we told the staff that we are checking out they just said okay without saying anything else even they didn’t ask us about our stay. they’re not professional at all. i don’t recommend

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Taksim, Istanbul! The location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, public transportation, and all the main attractions. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, making my stay very enjoyable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, always ready to assist with anything I needed. I truly appreciated the hospitality and the pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul who wants to stay in a convenient location and enjoy a comfortable experience. I would happily stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
