Staff was amazing room was very dated no ocean view

Brad helped book our excursions including an Uber. He is an excellent communicator and host. The vacation was smooth and memorable.

We stayed here one week and room tidy each day was terrible - the only 2 teaspoons were never cleaned which was gross. Lack of amenities, no cutlery only 2 glasses which they never cleaned for 7 days. The bed wasn’t even tidied up - my 11 year old does a better job fixing his bed each morning at home. I had a swimsuit go missing during laundry service and they never checked the laundry to return it. I received some other guy’s huge pair of jocks instead and returned those to front desk. I had an expensive Louis Vuitton bag go missing and they never checked or looked for it - I did a police report and even the detective said the hotel’s response was appalling and she followed up on this on my behalf. There are no amenities to prepare or even eat take away but the hotel menu is awful - just full of chips and no healthy options. Honestly, we’ll never stay here again. The only good thing was the onsite parking which is free.

This hidden gem is definitely in our top five for cleanliness, customer service and comfort. We had everything we needed, honestly couldn’t fault our stay. Highly recommend 👍
