Great hotel, great staff, great front staff, good food.

The space itself was very very nice and tidy, the check-in process, however, was horrible. Communication efforts were very poor- we ended up having to wait in the rain for 2+ hours after the check in time (which was supposed to be 4 pm), due to no answers to both their office phone and cell that was listed+ email communication replies took HOURS in between each email.

We enjoyed our stay - one night. Loved being in the hub of Port Credit. The room was beautiful - view of the marina and lake (past the parking lot) but always a great sight. We've stayed here before and it never disappoints. It's a shame that they never reopened the restaurant and found a way to make that work. It is such a great addition to the hotel. Our only complaint is that we find some of the front desks that can be a little crusty. But we laughed them off and enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was awesome and in great proximity to everything in the city. Breakfast was the best and looked forward to it each morning. The only thing that I wished the hotel had was a swimming pool or hot tub but regardless I’d definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

La terrasse sur le toit était feLes chambres sont très petites et n’ont pas de fenêtres. Les serviettes, draps et papier hygiénique était humide après une nuit. Il n’y a pas de ventilation dans la chambre de bain. On nous a ensuite avisé que l’air climatisé devait être au mode dry

We had a wonderful stay & Woolf he happy to stay again. Yvonne was a gracious host, serving a lovely hot breakfast each morning. I was traveling with my aunt who had some medically related needs and Yvonne made it clear she was there to help, gave us extra supplies and towels and made us feel so very welcome. She also shared her local knowledge of the area. The inn itself was recently redecorated with lovely furnishings, art, and beautiful wallpapers. Our room (Bernard Shaw Room) was spacious and the bed was so comfortable! My aunt and I shared the oversized king that has a memory foam mattress which prevents one from noticing movement of the other - we slept like rocks! The only improvement I might suggest would be better internet connection, but I wasn’t there to work so it was okay. Beautifully done, quaint/updated, comfortable, great breakfasts, excellent host!
