Barking Vacation Packages

It was clean and comfortable. Custom service was nice. However, very unclear listing, seems as though it’s intending to mislead its visitors, due to unclear photographs and descriptions. I got a family studio suite, the pictures representing the room looked as if it would be bigger and have more beds, but in the room I got there were only two beds and they took up lots of the space

Fabulous flat. The only big problem was that it was five flights of stairs up and it doesn’t state that in the description. With two 20kg suitcases this was not fun!!

The only thing good and accurate about the property was the location. The property was advertised as air conditioned both units were broken and despite three requests repairs were never made. Additionally a notice of insect extermination was left from the prior week. There were bugs in the bed in the bathroom and kitchen. The linens were not changed and ants got into luggage and toiletries. No price concessions were offered. I would not allow this property to post on the site. Communication was poor throughout. Additionally a watch was left at the property but was never found by staff.

Nice hotel, the staff are very nice and the free breakfast was great, but rooms, esp the bathrooms, are dated and need updating and maintenance
