We really loved the apartment’s location, with everything Covent Garden has to offer right on the doorstep. It also saved us a lot on travel, as we were able to walk to most of the sights we wanted to visit. The apartment is a little tired in places and could benefit from a refresh, but it was clean and comfortable, so this wasn’t a major issue for us. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, would happily stay again, and would definitely recommend it to others.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. The best, most efficient hotel staff I’ve experienced in a long time. Had a fabulous meal in Th@51 Restaurant with equally efficient staff. Similar experience in the bar.

Location is 10/10. The bathrooms could do with a bit of a renovation but overall the flat provides good space and amenities.

Could have been worse. Location is prime. Pillows were hard. Dental kit amenity really should a small tube of toothpaste. Staff should make sure safe works before new guests arrive. Glad that there was air conditioning.
