Great location and simple stay

The staff were kind and the room was clean and simple. The best part is the location, as you can walk simply and safely into town in just a few minutes. Great restaurants and shops nearby. My one recommendation is to get a room on the second floor. On the first floor, the ceilings are super thin, and when the little kid ran around above us, it sounded like a herd of elephants.

It’s an old building but it has been e Renovated. The bathroom was clean but not very safe.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming! They were also very helpful about information about the town and things to do. The location was very good and we were able to walk everywhere in town and it is very close to Acadia.

Enjoyed the location as it was easily walkable to downtown, and near the island explorer bus line that would take us to other parts of the island. Also enjoyed 24/7 front desk and coffee service.

The property was in a great location, about a 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. The only thing is we came back late one night from dinner and had no parking as spots in front of office were reserved but the staff assisted us and created a spot next to the steps.

Location, Location, Location. Loved the fact that you had a 5-minute walk to shuttles and downtown Bar Harbor. The accommodations are basic, a bed, TV and a shower. But, if you're like me, you are rarely there only to sleep, and there is so much to do outdoors. Room was clean and staff was very friendly
