Very old hotel . Room are not clean .floor is very old and dirty. Pool is old floor is in bad condition. Breakfast is ok . Staff is good

Will NOT book with Expedia again! Apparently the room that I booked was not available and because it was less than 24hrs before checking in, I was unable to cancel. The hotel was very accommodating and able to move rooms around to give us the room we wanted. Was a stressful 1-1/2 wait for the room!!

Didn’t clean the room. I expect this at a hotel. Air conditioning was very loud.

Loved The amenities. Mountain view was amazing.

Our room was extremely hot, even with the AC running all night. It looked good in photos but felt like an old hotel. The pillows were not very comfortable and there was an awful smell through the night. I think it was outside but we needed the window open as it was so hot in the space.

Breakfast was excellent both mornings we had stayed. The breakfast was similar but had a variation from day 1 to day 2, bacon for sausage, bagel flavors, etc The seating was adequate and the brunch staff maintained fresh and hot food.
