Walking distance from Troisdorf station and around 30 minutes journey on reasonal railway . Breakfast is good. In summer season only noisy and cranky table fan is there to help. The environment is of a small city type and thus surrounding is awesome.

This is a lovely quiet hotel within walking distance of the busy central Cologne. The staff couldn't be more helpful, even ensuring we had a room on arrival 4 hours before the official check in time. We were even offered refreshments while we waited. The room is clean and the towels etc changed every day. Supermarkets, cafes etc within easy walking distance. Id definitely recommend if you want the peace away from the hustle and bustle of central Cologne.

Das Kronprinz was everything we would want from a hotel and sensibly priced. Their breakfast, also reasonably priced, offered a very wide selection. The room was spacious and well furnished and had tea/coffee making facilities. Das Kronprinz is opposite the bus station and only a few minutes from the train station. A 4-minute train ride south takes you to the end of the Bonn tramway system. Cologne central station is about 20 minutes to the north and the airport is only a couple of stops away from Troisdorf. Troisdorf is a pleasant town with a selection of pubs, takeaways and restaurants.

Location is amazing and the staff was so nice

Very huge room but no fan or air conditioning at the room we stayed. Staffs are very attentive and trying to help:). It will be nice to have at least fans in the room summer time because we didn’t sleep well with heat 89 degrees during the day and room was super hot.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, rooms a little small, and not much desk space to work from
