The room was nice. The TV in my room though would go off & on while I was trying to watch movies. The shower door didn’t close properly and water would spill out on to the floor. Hotel was in walking distance to a lot of food options and bars. One of the waitresses (Sabrina) at Azul pool bar was a little rude towards the end. She didn’t like that my friends didn’t vote for her for some contest and stopped serving us after making a snark comment to me. Other than those few things, it was an ok time. -Steven

I have stayed at Westins for 20 years - all are among the best, most consistent experiences that you'll find. Not this one. Restaurant is closed for renovations; temporary lobby bar with drinks that were ridiculously expensive. I will say that the people who work there, particularly the valets, were extraordinarily nice. I would not stay there again (and I love Westin Hotels).

Great property and staff!! We Had a great stay! There isn’t any parking but the valet for 69.00 is nice, with in and out privilege. And they are dog friendly, my girls liked the city view from the room. Maybe only a bark or two at the scary crane!! The roof top pool is really nice but very busy with the young ones on the weekends. We would stay here again.

The condition of the property was disappointing considering it was a Westin. Bed was very creaky, bathroom shower had a crack in the floor. Shower door broken so water leaked outside. Toilet was finicky to flush.
