My recent experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing and concerning. Upon arrival, I was met with unwelcoming and unprofessional behavior from the staff, which immediately set a negative tone for my stay. Unfortunately, things only got worse. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable—there were visible stains on the bedsheets, and the bathroom was in extremely poor condition. It was clear that basic hygiene standards were not being met. I did not feel safe or comfortable in the room, which made it difficult to rest or relax. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were very limited and of low quality. The overall atmosphere made me feel like a burden rather than a valued guest. I would not recommend this hotel to others. Cleanliness, customer service, and guest safety should be a top priority in hospitality, and sadly, none of those expectations were met during my stay.

It starts with large wide parking spaces. The breakfast has generous options. The staff was friendly and helpful and assisted us with an extended stay when our flight was cancelled due to weather. The room was made up every day with fresh towels. The room had a microwave and large refrigerator. Very pleased with this hotel.

The front desk staff was not friendly at check in. The hotel advertises Free breakfast but it’s like from 7-9 AM. The hotel will charge you $8 if you have a guest after 8:00 PM I think. Also there is a charge of $9 if you want to checkout at noon and if you want to check at 1 PM you have to pay for a full day. They will try to get as much from you as possible

Very quietly, cleaned, ,bed (comfy) and safe place. I highly recommend this place 100%. From all of the hotels I have visited this one has been the greatest. The mall, Walmart, target and restaurants are 10-15 minutes away from the hotel. I will definitely stay in the future.
