It started off great and then our room didn’t have a working shower so the front desk said they’d comp us a portion of our stay and move us to a new room. Then in the new room the bathtub was dirty and the remote wasn’t working. The front desk had us reach out to Expedia about the comp but Expedia says they reached out and the hotel claims otherwise?

The front desk person not welcomed and never explain you where the room at, hour for breakfast and time for check out. She didnt talk just to ask for the Id. And is no smoking hotel but all the first floor smell.

I traveled with Pets, i had to switch 1st room because toilet didnt work. 2nd room was ok. But i had constant issues with cards not working to open door. But the room was good, Hotel was quiet, i personnaly wouldnt stay again but its an affordable convenient option.

Our stay was just okay!

The eggs at breakfast were not eatable. The sausage was just ok. The waffles were good. In addition, there were a few mini muffins, bread to make toast, cereal, oatmeal, milk, coffee & juice. The elevator was very slow & none of the channels would come in on the TV. The trash truck came about 4:30 am & it was very loud. Woke us up. The AC was cool.

Needs To Be Cleaned

Mold in the bathroom. Beds need to be replaced. Our bed made a noise every time you got up. The sheets were stained. Breakfast tasted old and drinks watered down. We went next door to IHOP. Outside dirty the photos online are deceiving. We wiped down our own room asked for another all full. Positive the air works good.
