My family came here because our ac had broken. Our son is autistic and I am recovering from major surgery. I was greeted pleasantly, well informed, and felt welcome to be there. Staff was professional upon check-in and check out.

The room we stayed in was terrible. The shower didn't work properly, the shower had very low flow due to faulty spout. The ac didn't blow very cold. The doors to the bathroom didn't close correctly.

Absolutely Exceptional Stay. A True Home Away From Home! From the moment I arrived, I knew I had made the right choice in selecting this hotel. The warm welcome at the front desk set the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional stay. Every staff member I encountered was genuinely kind, attentive, and professional, always going the extra mile to ensure my comfort. The room was wonderful and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel both luxurious and cozy. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, making my mornings a joy. I also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the atmosphere was—perfect for rest and relaxation. The amenities were excellent, and the on-site breakfast offered a delicious selection. In terms of location, it was ideal! It was close enough to all the attractions I wanted to see while still being tucked away enough to feel like a private retreat. Overall, this hotel exceeded every expectation. It wasn’t just a place to stay; it was an experience. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning my next visit. I highly recommend it!

Not as well managed as in the past

This property even a few years ago was excellent. This time the AC did not work and everything smelled musty. Things were worn down and broken, for example USB ports to charge. We didn't even tell them the AC wasn't working, but came back to our room in the last morning to check out, and even though we had a do not disturb sign on our door, someone was in the room working on the AC. I take that to mean they knew the AC wasn't working and just put us in there anyway. But also, our things had been moved and there was a bunch of work equipment in the room. My daughter's dress had a chair moved on top of it. Luckily it was not damaged, but this wasn't the same experience as even a few years back.

The hotel is in a great location at The Domain. Check-in was easy, and the hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast in the morning was your average hotel food, but very convenient and nice to have ice water and coffee out daily as well for guests. The only issue we had was with the room lock on the door, but it just took a few attempts, and we were able to get in and out. I'd say that was the only negative. We didn't use the pool but the outdoor area was nice with plenty of seating. We'd stay again when we're back in ATX.
