Everything. Staff was friendly, but not accommdating. No frig or microwave even though pictures show them. Pictures were very deceving. I have stayed in laquintas for 50 years. This was worse. I would give neg rating if i could. Laquinta should be ashame to have there name on this place. Feel free to call me Oh ys, nothing was right in breakfast either

Definitely worth the money I spent. But it was kind of run down, my AC broke and was never fixed properly. Stayed for 5 nights and no room cleaning. The elevator was filthy and the door never closed half the time. Staff was attentive when you got their attention, but was difficult to get their attention sometimes. Cheap place near everything downtown. Never felt unsafe. Breakfast was meh.

Stayed here for a conference. Outlets in the room did not work. TV remote did not work. Elevavator was dirty. Outside areas were dirty. You get what you pay for. I did not expect it to be this bad however. Would never stay at a la quinta again. The room was beat. I've stayed at nicer motels than here. The qualities for this chain must be extremely low.

My room had hot water and the bed was comfortable. Curtains were ripped, no iron or hairdryer. Decent breakfast. Gym was closed until further notice. I stayed on a Saturday, during which valet was a requirement. I paid around $101 for the room, and $55 for mandatory valet (although my room literally opened up to the parking garage). Great location.

The room was horrible. It was so dirty the person that checklist and was so unhelpful and unwilling to help with the room that room was not acceptable at all. I slept in many you pay what you get for rooms, but that wasn’t fit to host. Any guest in the front desk did nothing to help.

This hotel was a disappointment from start to finish. They charge $45 for valet parking only, which feels ridiculous given how run-down the place is. We ended up parking several blocks away and walking. The room itself was in bad shape — the bathtub constantly ran water, the shower head was literally taped together with Flex Seal, and there were leftover plastic cups from the previous guests in the corner. It didn’t feel clean at all. The walls are thin, so we could hear noisy neighbors late into the night. The whole place looks like it hasn’t been painted or properly maintained in years. Overall, very poor condition and not worth the price. I definitely won’t be staying here again.

Lobby was disgusting. Photos on Expedia were clearly faked. $40 per day for parking. Room was dirty and smelled like mold. Front desk had a list of DNR guests, no idea what that was about. We checked in and checked out 5 minutes later. Cannot recommend against this place enough.
