the hotel was beautiful and clean. The only complaints I have are; I paid with my credit card at the pool and closed my tab. however, they still billed it to my room. I had the payment receipts in my pool bag thank goodness! also, I had ordered a burger with room service at midnight. It was raw and cold in the middle. I called and told them. They offered to make another one but I honestly felt sick to my stomach after that. They did take the $40. burger off my bill.

This hotel is very friendly. Pool is really nice. There is a 3 mile limit for where the drivers will take you for free. The restaurant upstairs is delicious. The bed rooms with a balcony is worth the extra money spent. The views and the breeze at night was nice for your slow days. Parking is 60 bucks a day which is pretty expensive. And the homeless in the area was very off putting.

Great Downtown Austin Weekend at Hotel ZaZa!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay with you this past weekend! The location was perfect, our room was lovely, and the service we received was exceptional. We especially loved the hotel pool vibe and the signature cocktail selection from the pool bar and the hotel bar. The turndown service was also a very nice touch. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The hotel pool and restaurant were great! The hotel was nice, our A/C went out in our room and we had to move rooms. The 2nd room had a working A/C but no view from the window. The staff were all friendly and helpful!

I love Zara and always have a great experience. My only comment/criticism is that if you are not on one of the very top floors, the street noise can be very intrusive late at night. I know the hotel has no control over it but it is definitely an issue.
