Staff was friendly and helpful. There was someone yelling and slamming doors at midnight to 1 a.m. The bathroom was clean and serviceable, but the grout there and throughout the hotel desperately needs a thorough cleaning. Shower needs updating.

I had a very disappointing experience with the manager. I stayed at this location for nearly a month and spent over $3,000. The pool and laundry facilities had been out of service for over a year, yet the listing did not mention this. The website also states that the property is pet-friendly, but they only allow service animals. After weeks of staying there with my cat, I was suddenly told I had to leave. This was incredibly frustrating and unfair, especially after being a long term guest.

It was a good stay until the people next door and above started making fun of me. I suffer from gastritis, colitis, pancreatitis, and acid reflux, so I take medication to help with that. I had to use the bathroom, and the person above me said they needed an ambulance because they couldn't breathe, and the dog was barking incessantly. The people next to me did the same, except a nice woman who she stood up for me and checked on me.
