Staff was very friendly. When I got there, they said they were fully booked. I asked how that happened & they said it was a system error. They were able to find me a room but later the next morning, someone came and opened up the door while I was in there thinking it was there room. Interesting experience.

They limited number of pillows for amount of people staying to one each. We also had to ask for sheets and blankets for the spare bed. Staff was very kind.

The room was fine, but the desk clerks were on the phone behind the service desk every time I needed to do anything. The breakfast was so so. The WiFi password they included on the key card was wrong. They don’t clean the room unless you request it. I requested it and still didn’t get service.

Horrible beds

The beds are hard and uncomfortable, tiny and lumpy pillows and no blankets justva sheet and super think coverlet thing. Tried calling the front desk to get a blanket but no one answered for a prolonged period. The room was big but bed was horrible. Nice that they have a free lyft to the airport.
