Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was unable to stay at this facility. I called Expedia to cancel and a refund, but they were “unable” to help and said, I needed to call the motel. I called the motel and let them know I woujd not be there and asked about a refund and they said, I would have to talk to Expedia. No one would discuss the option of refund, so I never received one. I knew that no refund was a possibility, it never occurred to me that they would both put it back on the other. I will think twice before I use a third party to book again.

The room I was in had quite a bit of filth. The sheets and carpet were rather stained. One of my nights I stayed, there were some bugs in the room. I was on the bottom floor, but it was a bit unpleasant.

Showrr barely worked when brought up to staff we were just told there were no other rooms like ours so there was nothing they could do.

Beds are hard spring mattresses and you can literally feel the springs. Good for children who like to jump on the bed. Pillows are homemade and not comfortable, pillow stuffing sewed into a case. Water pressure on the 4th floor a 3/10, you have to stand directly under the shower head and be patient. Bar soap for body wash. The window leaked, when it rained water quickly built-up in the frame. Not horrible, I would just never stay here again unless necessary . The waffles for breakfast were their saving grace.

Sam the GM was amazing. I had originally stayed here for work, ended up staying longer due to an emergency surgery. Sam was quick to help out and make sure I was comfortable and gave me plenty of time to get checked out.
